Gear refund for server crash

At around 2:59 am the servers full crashed for me and my duo when we exfilled from outpost. After leaving the game we were both met with a continue waiting sceeen which then resulted in me losing all of my loot despite extolling successfully. The system at place did not refund my gear so I really need it to.
