Exfilled after Outpost run and was stuck on "Run Finalizing?"
Hi, my friend and I had loaded in with kits ( misriah, purple warped shield ) and cleared our lobby, found gold bully etc and after exfiling were stuck on the "spectate" screen and once trying to continue to lobby we got the "Continue Waiting?" prompt forever and there was nothing we could do about it. I can provide video of the incident if required. Is it possible to have our gear refunded or reissued due to this? Very disappointed to have lost everything due to something out of our control.

Thanks for the report.
This does appear to be a known issue. We’ve seen reports of players successfully exfilling, then getting stuck on the “Run Finalizing?” / “Continue Waiting?” flow and being forced back to the lobby while losing their run rewards and gear.
So if you and your friend completed the Outpost exfil, got stuck on the spectate/Continue Waiting loop, and had no way to finish the run properly, that lines up with the issue that has already been reported.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
So since it was likely a server issue ( seems the servers were having an issue globally around 3pm PST ), am I likely to recieve a gear refund? And if so is that not an immediate process via the internal systems, is there some sort of delay...?
