Description: MIDA upgrade unlock error, and exfiled valuables failed to award credits.
Time: Around 11:40 AM Central European Summer time, June 29th 2026

Further description:
I have two errors that both seem related to account updates or account consistency? It seems serious.

The first error is that when I unlocked enough nodes with MIDA to unlock the fifth capstone upgrade, the captstone itself was not available for unlocking despite the requirements being met.

Additionally, upon extracting with two Gold Valuables from Night Marsh, Arachne Death Hymns, they showed as exfiled successfully and displayed their credit value on the after-action report together with some other Valuables, but no credits were awarded to my account from any of the valuables extracted that game.

    We are aware of the first issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Could you please share the following for the credits issue specifically:

    • What was your credit total before the run, if you remember it?
    • What was your credit total after returning to the Vault?
    • Do you remember which valuables you extracted, and what credit amounts were shown for them on the after-action report?
    • Did you buy or unlock anything right after the run, such as an upgrade node, faction unlock, schema item, or anything else that cost credits?
    • Were you near your wallet cap at the time, or did you see any message suggesting your credits were capped?
    • Were you playing solo or in a crew?
    • Do you remember whether anything else in that run could have affected your credits, such as shared rewards or other payouts?

    If possible, please also send us:

    • A screenshot or video showing your credit total before the run
    • A screenshot or video of the after-action report showing the extracted valuables and their listed credit values
    • A screenshot or video of your credit total in the Vault immediately after the run
    • One short continuous video from the end-of-run report back to the Vault, if you have it

    If you already have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
