Zonewarden +9 and Recon Trifecta are bugged
I have done both of these challenges twice now and have gotten no codex unlocks. I had a game tonight when I had 9 kills and made it to the final extract and didn’t receive the reward also the trifecta is the same thing I have done that multiple times and no reward. Please help me!

If you encounter this again, please use your platform's capture button to take a video or the challenge completion. If you already have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
This is a very difficult challenge to capture on video. Is there no way you can view my game history to see ?
