UI bug, unpurchasable upgrade
This one is pretty simple. I got VIP rank 1 in NuCal without buying all the lower tier upgrades first, and now the Upgrade Available notification is on for an upgrade I can't buy because I ranked out of it as VIP.

Thanks for the report.
We’re aware of an issue where some VIP upgrades can appear available even when they can’t actually be purchased, and we’re working on a fix.
In the meantime, please try continuing faction progression and unlocking the final capstone for that faction, since that capstone is intended to be the actual unlock gate for those VIP upgrades.
