Cryo skin not awarded after compiler kill

  Please provide the following details to add to your report:

  • Your Platform
  • The approximate date and time of when this happened
  • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
  • Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
  • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
  • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
  • Did you exfil successfully?
  • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
  • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

  Platform: PlayStation
  6:30PM MDT 6/25/26
  My crew started the compiler fight and completed each step including DNA access portions. Team also input the DNA vial.
  Fight involved another crew.
  I personally hit the compiler’s weak spot during the fight.
  I do not have a recording of the fight but I have screenshot of the codex entry for killing compiler.
  I exfiled successfully and have proof of ganglions in my inventory.
  My friends already had the skins on the character they were playing on.
  I have codex progress for eliminating the compiler with a screenshot as well. I do not have the codex progress for Sphticide specifically. I completed the run with recon.
