Frame rate capped at 60 FPS since Season 2 started
Are there any known performance issues on PC starting with Season 2? Last season, I was getting around 100 to 120 FPS, but this season I can't get above 65 (regardless of any settings). Ive seen a couple of other reports of this, but no mention from Bungie. I seem to be hard capped at around 60 to 65 fps.
Ive tried just about everything (clear shader cache, re-install drivers, use older drivers, etc...)
Im running a i5-12600K, 64.0 GB ram, GeForce RTX 3090, 3840 x 2160 at 165 Hz.
I've set all settings to the absolute lowest at 1080p (screen was pixelated), and I was still getting around 60 to 65 fps.
Note, both CPU and GPU usage are under 50% during game.
