No clear report method for team voice comms
While there is a report option for "proximity comms", there is no clear report option for reporting team members who blatantly violate the code of conduct within the team's comms.
The closest I could find was "griefing", but this doesn't seem quite accurate.
This is a clear oversight. If not an in-game option, let us report them through a webform.

If you would like to report a player for poor behavior, please use the relevant form on this page: Report Suspected Cheating and Poor Behavior.
Additionally, you can report players in-game via the Social menu -> Recent Players -> View Profile -> Report Player. The forums are not able to assist with player reports.

I appreciate your trying to help. Please note I'm not trying to report anyone through the forums. I'm pointing out a flaw in the Marathon reporting system.
Per your help center article, marathon players music select a reason when they report someone.
There is no reason listed for "inappropriate team comms"
However, there is a way to report inappropriate proximity comms.
The team should add a reason to the list to let us report people for inappropriate teammate communications that violate the code of conduct.
