Pinnacle Strongbox (the center one) missing from Arsenal (level 4 clearance room behind panopticon)

Starting today the main box in the arsenal has stopped appearing. Also all of the loot on the shelves was blue instead of having some purples mixed in like usual. I think this is a bug because it makes no sense and wasn't announced in patch notes.

This also happened to me:
- Bungie Account Name - bfwfb#9027
- Platform - PlayStation 5 (friends were on PC)
- Description of Issue - We opened the level 4 armory door in cryo archive, everything was present except the large pinnacle strongbox in the center that usually contains gold loot. Everything else seemed normal, that just wasn't there.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Around 9:30 PM CT
- Repro steps - Unknown! Everything else seemed normal.

This also breaks the associated contract - you can't complete Up Your Arsenal, as it seems it doesn't progress unless you loot that central box.
