Traxus Return on Investment 4/5 (I think) Bugged in Bio-Research
The quest in question is the one in which you must interact with a terminal, gather financial records, and deliver them to a DCON - I believe the above quest is the correct one, but I don't recall.
After interacting with the terminal in Bio-Research, the Financial Records did not spawn nearby. I did this in two runs, and no contract HUD icon or interactable appeared. I ultimately completed the quest in Quarantine.

Unfortunately I didn't take any screenshots or videos during that time. But I pointed out the terminal for step 1 to my crewmates, who also couldn't find the next step, on both runs.

It works at Quarantine. I have not tested Canal, however.
Hi, I just ran into this same problem at bioresearch. No financial records spawned or were anywhere nearby.
Just attempted this now at the Canal, no records spawned.
