Unsanctioned Hostilities cutscenes are not playing

You can see that my run completed Unsanctioned Hostilities [1/5]. Upon turning in the contract to receive rewards, no cutscene played. Then I selected Unsanctioned Hostilities [2/5], and again no cutscene played.

I am also having this issue; it seems like it just entirely skips the liaison scene, and now I've missed all of that lore. There are no videos online of it either, so there's no way for me to even know what was said. Bungie please fix.

Bungie Support This may or may not be related, but I found it odd that the reward for every Unsanctioned Hostilities contract so far has always been a blue Demolition HMG.
yaycentric people have posted cutscenes on YouTube, so you can watch the Traxus ones here for now.
I'm also having this issue. I came searching to see if I could find the cutscenes online, I'm on Unsanctioned Hostilities 2/5 and have seen no cutscenes since finishing Equitable Distribution and Return on Investment.
I noticed online that previously Rank 20 was required to started Unsanctioned Hostilities- I'm not Rank 20 Traxus yet (Rank 19 right now), maybe that's why?
