Unable to add or accept friends in Marathon
I am having an account issue with Marathon friends. When I click Add as Friend on another player, the UI changes as if I sent them a friend request, but the request never actually completes or gets accepted. Incoming/outgoing friend requests do not seem to resolve correctly, so I cannot add people as friends on my account.
Expected result: after I click Add as Friend and the other player accepts, we should become friends and show up in each other's friend lists.
Actual result: the action appears to send a request, but it never finishes accepting and the person is not added as a friend.
Please investigate this on my account or let me know if there is a known workaround.

If you haven't done so already, please try accepting the friend request through your bungie.net profile as well.
If the issue persists, please use your platform’s capture button to take a video or screenshots. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube or Imgur, then post the link here alongside your platform and we’ll be glad to take a look.
