Compiler/Cryo Skins Not awarded

Hi there, 

Completed the compiler fight with my team but I did not get the codex entry or recon skin rewards. My 2 other teammates unlocked their respective skins during the same event. Can you please look into this, thanks in advance.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
    • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
    • Did you exfil successfully?
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    3. Yes we started the encounter and brought all necessary credemtials (teammate did).

    4. It involved another crew, as they asked to experience the fight with our team, since we had all credentials to go up.

    5. Yes personally hit the exposed weak spot. I carried 5 emps to extend the weak spot duration and fired whenever it was up.

    6. I don't have videos/screenshots showing the hits. Just a screenshot during the fight and after (I was excited since it was my first time fighting compiler and peak moment in game so far)

    7. Yes exfilled succesfully and had the ganglion in my inventory before wipe.

    8. Yes the friends got their skins from the same run: rest#5262, ikurus#5698
    9. Both the codex entry and recon skin are missing.
