Extracted with prestige valuable but did not unlock the 'Prestigious' codex entry or associated emblem
As the title says, I exfiled with the Arachne Death Hymns item which is a Prestige valuable but I did not unlock the 'Prestigious' codex entry or the associated emblem.
Image below shows the codex that I exfiled with the item, and then the missing codex.

Thanks for the report.
What you’re describing does sound like a known issue with the Prestigious Codex challenge not completing correctly after extracting with a Prestige valuable.
That issue would also block the associated reward from becoming claimable, so the detail that the Prestigious entry stayed at 0/1 and the emblem did not unlock is helpful context.
We are currently looking into these issues.

One additional piece of information: I had this codex entry unlocked in season 1 and it got reset and the emblem taken away
