Locked Room Window Shutters Open without key being used.

The Field Maintenance locked room (Deluxe Key room) had its shutters open when I loaded into Night Marsh Sponsored. I was playing solo (no crew fill). The shutters were open despite normally being closed and only openable from the inside after using the key. I was able to break said window and enter, although none of the storage containers inside were interactable, and the main door was still locked. I can see this becoming an issue since whichever player gets there first can simply close the shutters and unless someone has a key for the room it would be impossible to get at that player unless they themselves opened the shutters back up and if someone were to have a key and open the door the other player/team would be already waiting in ambush.

I don't have any images or video, but there seem to be other reports of this happening already in the bug report forums as well.
