I didn't get my 7 kits after the launch issues and below is the screenshot of my mailbox, please fix I've been trying to talk to y'all all day about it thank you:) Lyrwi#5145 is my thing.

Players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT) were sent 7 Sponsored Kits, split into two messages. If they haven't arrived yet, unfortunately it would appear this account did not play during the affected window.
