Had 3 solid games without a hitch, but now getting matchmaking errors on the “initializing contact system” screen with code ginger.

Thanks for the report. Error Code Ginger generally means one of your crewmates failed to connect while loading into the match, so the game returned your team to the lobby instead of starting the run with a partial crew.
