Any chance to have an account Rollback to start of season so I get my Sponsor kits lost due to server issue?

Hello, I went in shortly after the release of the season with the purple sponsor I got for reaching level 75, but got the "Do you want to keep waiting?" message like 5 minutes in the run, and after easily 30 minutes or getting it I gave up, losing my kit. I then tried again in the afternoon, thinking this time the servers wouldn't be so unstable, this time with the blue sponsor, only to again get in the "Do you want to keep waiting?" loop. This time I was like for 20 minutes before giving up again. I have not played since. Is there a way that you can rollback my account back to start of season? It's not like I got anything so at least I will have the stuff I lost back due to server issue.

    All players that logged in on June 2nd between 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT, will receive the following 7 Sponsored Kits: 

    • Superior CyberAcme Kit
    • Deluxe NuCal Kit
    • Deluxe MIDA Kit
    • Deluxe Traxus Kit
    • Deluxe Arachne Kit
    • Deluxe Sekiguchi Kit
    • Deluxe UESC Kit

    The kits have been delivered to the in-game mailboxes of affected players and split into two messages.
