Marathon PS5 Login Issue / Deluxe Sponsored Kit Compensation
Hi Bungie Support,
I’m reaching out about the Marathon server issues on June 2. I tried to start Marathon on PS5 during the affected period, but I wasn’t able to log in at all due to the connection/server problems.
I saw that three Deluxe Sponsored Kits are being sent to players impacted during that window. Since I was actively trying to play but couldn’t even get past login, could you please review my account and include me in the compensation?
Love the new season. Keep up the amazzzing work. U guys rock.

Thank you for reaching us about your issue.
Unfortunately, the compensation is for players that lost kits during the server issue. We're sorry to hear that you were unable to play during launch but we can't directly compensate players one by one if they didn't log in during the compensation window.
