SEASON 2 BATTLE PASS
Hi, when I upgraded to the Deluxe season pass, I received a card for the pass, but I accidentally deleted it. Friends are telling me that the same card can be used in season 2. How do I recover it, or what do I do?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Reward Pass Token. Please note that the token that was visible in your Vault had no bearings on your actual Reward Pass Tokens. The actual token would have only been used on one of the Rewards Passes. If you are certain that it was not used on the first Season and you suspect it is still missing, please submit a request through our Missing LUX or Shop Purchases Contact Form.
I couldn't redeem my battle pass, but I do have the rewards pass, and I've been told the token can be used, or is that incorrect?
