Both my friend and I are not able to connect to marathon servers. Is there maintenance occurring?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having server issues. Our team is aware of the recent rise in server issues and is working on identifying the underlying cause. The servers have been brought offline to try and resolve the underlying connectivity issues.

Its 7:30 PT is will it be out today?
same here - had a few minutes this evening to try the game out and it says the servers are offline. guess I'll play something else
