Shots not being registered server-side

- Platform: PlayStation 5
- Description of Issue: Trying to shoot plays the animation on my POV but nothing happens in-game. Because of that I wasn't able to play since I couldn't deal damage to enemies. I tried reconnecting to the game, getting revived and even swapping weapons with my teammates, but the bug persisted even when relaunching the game.
- Rough Date and Time of issue: 2026-05-25T22:15-03:00
- Repro steps: As soon as I loaded in-game and tried to shoot at UESC, I noticed no damage was being dealt.

We’re sorry to hear that your shots were animating on your end but not registering server-side, which left you unable to damage enemies even after reconnecting, getting revived, swapping weapons, and relaunching the game. We’ve seen similar reports of hit registration and no-damage issues and are investigating them.
