Bought Deluxe Pass- Issue
I upgraded to deluxe pass and didn’t get any of my skins that were listed for certain shells. I spent $16! This matter needs to be resolved NOW!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please completely close and log out of Marathon, then launch the game and check the Customizations tab for the skins from the Deluxe Edition?
If they are still missing, please let me know and we'd be happy to look into this further.
