New Bug Encountered: Gaining Exp for Runner Eliminations I didn't take part in

- Description of Issue - Ever since the new patch started today I've been getting random notifications of "Runner Elim | +25 Exp" even though I wasn't near any runners and didn't have any claymores or other traps set anywhere on the map. It continued happening in the second game I played as well before quitting for the day. Seems like I'm maybe being notified and given credit for eliminations on the map I'm not taking part in?
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Started happening when I played today, post-patch 1.0.6.2
- Repro steps - Seems random, or tied to the deaths of runners elsewhere on the map? I'm really not sure how to reproduce it I'm sorry.
