Dire Marsh Final Exfill glitch.
Hi, I have been playing solo for most of the time, so getting gear is really a grind. I finally managed to get my hands on a purple key and decided to go all in on it for diremarsh maintenance canal. At the end of the game, when the final exfill was supposed to appear, it did not. I came in with my best guns and implants and had over 19,000 in inventory value going into the match. I looted the whole purple key room and was not able to exfill any of it due to this glitch. This is very disheartening because the keys and loot are so hard to come by. It really sucks when you lose all of your best loot that took hours to get due to something that's not even your fault. I ended up just standing in the middle of the map as time ran out. Things like this make me not want to keep playing. Is there any hope of getting my stuff back?

We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
