Backpack: Equipment/Grenade Stacking Error (Xbox)

Had a weird thing happen when I tried purchasing a Frag Grenade to my backpack: https://youtu.be/3CKzzIfvSXY

Summary:

  1. Had 1 Frag Grenade in Equipment slot and 2x Heat Grenades in Backpack.
  2. Tried moving 1 Frag Grenade to Backpack/Equipment slot by pressing "A" on controller.
  3. Game split the two Frag Grenades into two different bag slots (total of four) AND moved 1 Heat Grenade into Equipment Slot, splitting the Heat Grenade stack.
  4. Tried refreshing Backpack view, but it didn't fix anything.
  5. Deleted an extraneous Heat Grenade and the Frag Grenades collapsed back into one stack.
