Exquisite Taste Codex entry for Graverobber title did not complete

Description of Issue: After completing more of the Gravrobber codex entries, I realized the Exquisite Taste entry is bugged. I have extracted with prestige salvage (Alien Alloy) from the South Relay locked room on Perimeter but the Exquisite Taste entry did not complete.
Rough Date and Time of Issue: I believe this happened in the last week of March.
Repro steps: Loot Alien Alloy from the South Relay locked room on Perimeter and exfil.
