Bugged Golden Salvage in Key Room
We opened Key Room 6 in Cryo Archive, a gold salvage item "Cube" was bugged on the floor, could not pick it up, tried thief drone, tried everything and still could not pick it up, this item is so RARE and when we grind so much to get it, its bugged, this is really unfair and this should be compensated, im still looking where can i report this ??? nothing but a forum for everyone to see, its good people are aware, but how should i put all my private credentials here on the forum? i think bungie should be able to find me. lets see if they help or not

obtaining key #6 is rare! and opening the room and surviving is extremely hard, when i manage to do it, the rare most important item i need is bugged and cant loot it, the least you can do is compensate me... im extremely disappointed in how Support team handled the situation, i never record my games, die to cheaters, dont get compensated for my gear, items bugged, no compensation, now my Red Gun which was in the mail is gone too :) this game doesnt want me to continue i guess
