Keyboard movement keys not working

Issue: Movement keys not working properly immediately on spawn. Never got the opportunity to move properly. Moving at SUPER slow pace. Other keys work fine. I was running Thief and was trying to use the movement ability to exfil but got killed along the way :(

Repro: I have no idea what caused this.
