Urgent - Twitch Drops Won’t Drop.
Hello,
Like the post said, this is Urgent. I have still not received my Twitch Drops at all. Spent over eight hours watching twitch streams while saving up for the game & hyping myself up to hopefully be able to use all the cool new stuff i unlocked like the skins or the new backgrounds and emblems or stickers. I finally saved up enough to purchase preorder deluxe & honestly don’t even want to play it any more because of this. I really invested lots of time into this at least for me? 8 hours almost, is a lot of time to watch streams and pay attention. I finally got the game now and can’t even enjoy it, because this was like the whole hype behind everything if that makes sense. hopefully there is something that can be done? Please reach out with advice, really don’t mean to be annoying it just kind of hurts a little bit deep down, i’ve been trying to redeem them, for about 48-72 hours now; not a good first time.

Hi there,
To confirm that you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "Partner Rewards." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page.
If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your Drops Inventory to see all the Drops you've earned. Click on the "Claim" button on any Marathon Drops that have that option below them, go back to your Partner Rewards area, and click the "Refresh" button to get the Drop to appear.
Unearned Marathon Twitch Drops will not appear on this page.
If the Drop still doesn't appear, you may need to connect or reconnect your Twitch profile to your Bungie.net account and follow the above steps.
hi bungie support, i have tried it many times in all possible ways, linking through bungie twice & i also tried linking through twitch which didn’t work either? i even connected my xbox account too and nothing works at all? do you have any other advice? will, this end up being fixed? will players who didn’t receive the drops on launch that they earned through watching about 8 hours of these streams which built the game? i really cringe at the idea of all us losing the rewards we earned at all, will you all extend the dates or compensate us with drops at least when this is fixed? i would honestly delete the game if that happens and we lose the drops, this is important & many people are affected. any advice or like reassurance for the community would be greatly appreciated.
