If you haven't already, please restart the game and claim anything you have in any messages you have available in your in-game inbox. Please make sure you have Vault Space before claiming anything as some messages may need Vault Space.
If you are still unable to get the missing rewards, we've received some reports that the issue seems to persist for some players and we are continuing to investigate the issue.
