Game crashing
I just lost some super valuable purples in a whole build because you’re a damn game keep keeps crashing. You should send that back. I have an Xbox series X and I can run any other game forever. I freaking love this game. Give me my shit back. I have a picture to prove the whole inventory that I lost and I’m sure your servers can see what I’m saying. I should not have lost that shit. I love this game so much. Just give me my shit back my game crashes every other game. That’s ridiculous.

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
