Stuck for searching in lobby

Me and my friend are duo queuing, and we have been sitting in the searching screen for about 15 minutes now, I tried to reset the game once and it said that I had to reconnect to my game or else I would lose all my stuff. I have a pretty good kit for where I’m at in the game. It also won’t let me cancel matchmaking like it has in the past when I’m solo queuing.
