PS5 Voice Chat Not Working

I play on PS5, and the voice chat is not working at all for me since I started playing (3/8). The settings for voice chat are turned on with open mic, voice chat volume is maxed, and I can't hear my teammates, nor can they hear me. It's like this both in-game and in menus. My runs have been frustrating since I can't communicate or hear my own teammates. Please help me find a way to fix this.

-March 8th is when I bought and started playing the game. Voice chat has never worked once from then and to now. I do remember having this issue in the server slam as well so that's the only "prior to March 8" I can give. The device I use for voice chat is a headset connected to the PS5 controller. I've also tried using the built-in microphone on the PS5 and it still doesn't work.

Just to confirm, voice chat was working correctly prior to March 8th?
Also, what device are you using for voice chat and how is it connected to your PS5? The controller? A headset?

I got this situation too,we cant hear eachother in game,but when we finish match,and the voice come out.
