Playing using PS5 content sharing, but the bonus content isn't showing up.

Hello,
I pre-ordered the Marathon Deluxe Pack using my PS5 account.
I'm currently playing on a different account on the same console that I frequently use.

Currently, the following bonuses are not reflected:
・Pre-order pack
・Deluxe pack
・PS Plus subscriber digital bundle

I have content sharing enabled, and the terms of service state it should be available, so I'm confused.

I would like you to address this issue.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you go through the following steps:

    • First, double check that Console sharing and offline play is enabled on your PS5:
    • Settings → Users and Accounts → Other → Console Sharing and Offline Play.
    • Then on your account that purchased the Deluxe Bundle:
    • Settings → Users and Accounts → Other → Restore Licenses → Restore.
    • On the second PSN account, go to: 
    • Settings → Users and Accounts → Other → Restore Licenses → Restore.
    • Restart your PS5

     

    For each PSN profile, visit https://www.bungie.net in a browser and sign in with each PSN.

    • Confirm which Bungie account is linked to each PSN account.
    • The PSN account that bought Deluxe Pre-Order should be linked to the same Bungie account that you expect to see those cosmetics on.
    • If the second PSN is already linked to a completely different Bungie account, some entitlements may not appear there even with console sharing.
