Unsanctioned hostilities 2/5 damage not progressing

The damage seemed to progress until I looted the runners bags for the second part of the mission once the second part of the mission completed, it didn’t seem to progress my damage anymore so now I’m stuck, unable to progress.

I am experiencing the same bug. No video is needed, the "deal damage to hostile runners" and "loot backpacks from hostile Runners anywhere on Tau Ceti IV" simply do not track progress. Neither task progresses despite performing the actions.

Hey this is also happening to me and my friend. here is the video you asked for. as you can see I have over 500 runner dmg before death and upon results screen has gone back to 275. we started this task and got some damage.
