Crash to desktop upon opening the map

- Description of Issue - Myself and several (all) of my friends have experienced crashing when opening the map. Randoms we've picked up on Crew Fills have crashed experiencing the same issue (we talk about it with them when they get back). This issue is known throughout the community and persists well after the latest update, based on how many randoms I've been with and discussed it with. It is frequent that we joke about not using the map.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - It has been happening since release, but has not abated after the most recent patch. It is a crash to desktop with no error code.
- Repro steps - Sometimes checking the map soon after the match starts seems to really cause it. Sometimes it happens mid-match, but never late into the match.
