Poor PC performance RTX 5080 i9 12 series cpu
Hi Bungie!
First off, I absolutely love marathon so far. I’ve played tarkov and a ton of arc raiders and I feel like marathon has a ton of potential. My biggest gripe is the poor performance and mismatched gpu and cpu utilization.
Is there a plan to add native Frame gen? I’m using smooth motion to get around 150fps but smooth motion introduces artifacts and ghosting that makes it impossible to enjoy the gunplay.
Please, is there any fix or at least a plan to implement better fps/ frame gen?

While we don't have information to share on future improvements, we've taken note of this thread and will continue investigating any underlying issues that may be occurring.
I have the same issue with Ryzen 7 9800x3D and RTX 5080… my cpu util reaches 90-100% most of the time while my gpu is almost idle and I’m getting 150fps…
