Tick Building on Perimeter Locks After Looting Cache

- Trying to loot a data pad cache on Perimeter and the room locked after picking up a few items. I assume this is due to the building needing some sort of power and the data pad temporarily bypassing that mechanic and allowing the doors to be opened until it is no longer "there" or the caches are looted resulting in the doors going back to their original state.
