Game Crashes right after joining match and opening the map

I just went into a raid with blue gear, as soon as we joined the match I opened my map and the game froze and crashed. I've attempted to rejoin but I only get an error message:

I attempted to re-start the game > re-start steam and nothing helped. I'm restarting my computer now.

Other than reporting this bug I'd like to know how would I post a request to have my loadout returned or is it just lost forever?

In an attempt to address this, please go through the following steps:
1. Restart your router.
2. Run the ipconfig /flushdns command on your PC.
3. If issues persist and you're using a specified DNS server rather than an automatic one, please try switching back to the automatically assigned DNS server.
4. If the issues still persist after the above, please run the ipconfig /all command, locate the DNS server data, and paste it here for us to review.

I also had it crash once right after loading into a game and opening the map on "Perimeter" (u can "buffer" the map input while the loading screen, showing the map name, is still on screen). I could rejoin after my crash withou issues thou.
