Twitch Drops
Hello,
I’m having an issue with Twitch Drops not appearing in my Marathon account.
My Twitch account is connected to my Marathon/Bungie account, and I claimed all of the Twitch Drops through Twitch. I successfully received the second set of drops in-game:
-
White & Purple Weapon
-
Graffiti Bingus Sticker
-
Graffiti Bingus Background
-
Graffiti Bingus Emblem
However, I never received the first set of drops, which are:
-
Twitch Engine Weapon Skin
-
GLOWworm Weapon Sticker
-
WEAVEworm Background
-
SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit
Twitch shows that I successfully claimed these drops, but they never appeared in my game account. Everyone I know who claimed them already has them in their accounts, so it doesn’t seem like a delay.
I am including screenshots showing that the drops are marked as claimed on Twitch but are not appearing in my game.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with some of your Twitch Drops. If you haven't already, we'd first recommend going through our Twitch Drops Help Article. If the issue persists, please try closing the game fully and relaunching it and please also go through and claim anything that you have in your messages in-game. Please ensure you have some Vault Space available, as, depending on what you need to claim, you may need Vault Space.
