"Up Here!" codex challenge not working JUST GIVE ME THE SKIN

 killed 2 people just now on the bridge thing on top of South Relay, where there is a locked door located that needs a key. I read online from multiple people that killing an enemy from there completes the challenge. I was in perfect position according to other players' screenshots who got the challenge but I didn't get it. I have tried on other places before, did multiple 20m above kills on Dire Marsh too but after 0 success I looked up online and found this position at South Relay. After killing 2 players there (completely killing them) and still not getting it this cannot be anything else than a bug. I was literally standing in the exact position where other people have gotten it before. Please give me this challenge so I can get my Vandal skin this is the last needed challenge for me.
