Quest requires you to to inject substance and exfil. I injected the substance and experienced instant death later in the game. Teammate revived me but quest was marked as incomplete on exfil. Unclear if the quest would also fail on normal death/down.

    • The platform you play the game on.
    • The approximate date and time you experienced this incident on.
    • Is all that's required to reproduce this obtaining the substance, then being downed and revived? Or do you experience this regardless?
    • A linked videoclip demonstrating this issue.

    Once we have the above information, we will investigate.
