Contract Paradigm 5/5 Quest bugged

Hello team, I recently finished Paradigm 5/5 (confirmed by "Priority Contract Completed" audio cue) and I exfilled. I know I completed it, since it said objective completed. The contract cannot be turned in and when I go in to try it again, I cant even interact with the machine that drops the specimens and locks the doors anymore.
