Massive Stutters and BattleEye Windows Crashes!

Platform: Steam
Issues:
I have a High End PC ( Specs here: https://imgur.com/c8YOfVL ) with a NVIDIA 4090. Since today's update, I have had Windows crashes with several errors.
Error 1:
- Stop Code: Attempted_Write_to_Readonly_memory (0xBE)
- What failed: BEDaisy.sys
I am trying to reinstall battleeye now if it helps.
Error 2:
- And also on launch, sometimes another: improper driver load, but I was not able to take a picture and get a full screenshot.
Driver Info:
- I have the newest Nvidia drivers and the newest Windows updates.
FPS issues:
- Also, the game performance is awful, sorry to say. I am a big fan of the game, how on this setup i can´t hold 200 FPS is unbelievable. I try to turn down all possible settings, I get 150 fps with drops to 90, 70, and stutters
- During these stutters, I have Red 3 dots flashing next to the FPS counter. No idea what that means
- PLease fix it so I can play.

Thanks for reaching out.
Did you by chance recently install a new Nvidia driver version? If so, please try reinstalling that version to see if that helps. If it doesn't, we'd recommend you try reverting to a previous driver version, as that may help alleviate the issues you're experiencing.

Hello.
Reinstalling BattleEye has helped so far for the Windows crashes.
For FPS issues, I tried different drivers before and its still super low FPS :/ Will try a reinstall again.
