Unreachable loot: North Relay

- Description of Issue - Unreachable loot: North Relay. Appears to be behind some invisible glass/wall. I tried meleeing it to no effect, but it made the unbreakable glass collision noise. Unfortunately I didn't take a more detailed screenshot of the exact location
