I lost all my stuff after a sucessful extractiong

I activated a extract well the final 60 seconds were going off the extract opened and matter transfer was longer than the ingame timer once the matter transfer was up I was hit with a successful run screen and than a defeated screen I got alot done this run gear and a mida quest if theres any way to get my stuff back id be super happy I have video proof if needed
