Repeatedly, Battleeye kicks me out from a match or even a lobby and now I have lost my best gear
I lost the best stuff I've had since the game launched after a dc last second in the match in front of an exfil, caused by Battleeye. It throws an error saying "Query Timeout" and it caused me to lose everything pictured. This has happened repeatedly once I started using controller. I would really love my stuff back, but I doubt that's a possibility unless I screenshot each and every item description and attach it, but I will attach an image of my inventory now. I hope this issue is resolved, I'm fuming since it's fresh so please forgive me if I sound rude; it's not my intention.

This problem is still occuring after the patch. I made sure everything on my PC has been updated, and will now verify files. If that fixes it, I'll update the post saying so. But for now, this is still a very pressing and very, very annoying issue. All I'm doing is using an Xbox elite controller via a cable. I'm not cheating nor have I ever cheated. I don't have any interest in cheating, either. It annoys me to be punished for playing the game the way that I prefer it.
