Black screen on run start

I’ve just started a run but was given a black screen and after about 10 minutes I reloaded my game and was prompted to reconnect to the run. I’ve reconnected several times but the problem still persists which led to me giving up and lost my loadout. My friend is experiencing the same issue. I’m playing on an Xbox Series X.
