Twitch Drops Missing / Server Slam emblem not received

I managed to collect all the Twitch drops, but I still haven't received the WAVEworm background and Twitch Engine Weapon Skin from the server slam drops.

And today, when I logged into the game, I received a badge notification for participating in the server slam. I clicked to collect it, but it doesn't appear when I go to customize my profile.

Could you please check this?
